From drafting, prosecuting, post-grant practice, litigation support, and a more, Kevin truly loves the opportunity to see, write, and draw, new technologies. Similarly, Kevin has been an advocate of exploring AI tools and realizing their appropriate place in patent representation. Kevin has taken a head-first approach into the ethical use of AI tools in practice and enjoys sharing the guidance with his colleagues.
