When joining Aug 1 - Jan 31, new NAPP Practitioner and Associate Members pay full year membership dues.

When joining Feb 1 - Jul 31, new NAPP Practitioner and Associate Members receive 50% off of current year membership dues with full dues for next year invoiced for Aug 1 renewal.
