Description

National Association of Patent Practitioners Annual Meeting and Conference, taking place July 23-25, 2025, at the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC, is a multi-day event for patent practitioners to network, socialize, and attend continuing education sessions. 

This unique conference is specifically designed for patent attorneys and agents who are deeply involved in patent prosecution.

If you are a new practitioner, please email events@napp.org to receive a $200 off discount code. You must be a new practitioner within the last 3 years. 

Below is our cancellation policy for sponsors and attendees due to financial commitments needing to be paid in full 30 days out from the conference. This includes food and beverage. 

1. No refund after 45 days prior to event
2. 25% refund between 45 and 90 days
3. 50% refund between 90 and 135 days
4. 75% refund between 135 and 180 days
5. 100% refund before 180 days prior to event.
