Salumeh Ramsay is the Founder and Managing Member of S.R. Patents LLC, where she helps patent owners maximize the value of their intellectual property through strategic patent enforcement, licensing, sales, and litigation funding. With more than 15 years of experience as a patent litigator, she has represented Fortune 100 technology and medical device companies, as well as startups and emerging businesses, in complex intellectual property disputes.
Drawing on her extensive litigation experience, Salumeh works with patent owners to prepare patent portfolios for enforcement, evaluate litigation opportunities, and collaborate with litigation funders to secure financing for high-value patent cases. Her practice focuses on helping innovators and businesses develop strategies to monetize and protect their intellectual property while managing litigation risk.
Salumeh earned her Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School. She is a frequent speaker on patent litigation, patent monetization, and litigation finance at leading intellectual property conferences and educational programs.
